Receipt number is not in sequence, skipping number when using mobile device
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Oracle Inventory, if drop lpn through mobile, should not cause next receipt number of the organization to increase.

Perform a receipt
Receipt number is created
Create another po
Perform another receipt
Receipt number is not in sequence
