Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact

Within Self Service Human Resources (SSHR) application, the Extra Contact Information DFF does not display the data it holds. The segments are visible on the page, but the values it holds for those segments cannot be seen. The data can however, be seen via the core application


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Maintain Dependency Information : Choose contact
2) Update an Existing Contact
3) Dependency Information page, displays the DFF segments, but no data.
