Symptoms

PARGDR_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue errors with the following in the log file if the accrue through date is NULL:

Process completed.
0 rows deleted from distribution_warnings table.
/apps/<Instance>/sw/apps/apps_st/appl/pa/12.0.0/bin/PARGDR
Program ended with signal 11

If the accrue through date is populated, the process completes successfully.
