Symptoms
Credit cards with prefix of 36 are flagged with card brand (card type) 'MASTERCARD' and these should be 'DINERS' cards.
When trying to do an Authorization with a card number that has prefix value of 36 -
Payment System rejects the authorization and gives message: 'Card Type' and 'Card Number' are not in Sync.
