How to Disable Absence Duration Auto Calculation in Self Service Human Resources(SSHR) (Doc ID 2032399.1)

Goal

In Absence Detail form(PERWSEAD.fmb), when the formula BG_ABSENCE_DURATION is not defined, user can enter the duration manually. In the SSHR page, absence duration is automatically calculated with the values in start date/time and end date/time fields even BG_ABSENCE_DURATION is not defined.

This document provides instructions on how to disable auto calculation of absence duration in SSHR page, just as Absence Detail form.
