On : 12.2.4 version, Excise - Procure to Pay Cycle

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BOE Write off not showing all custom taxes 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BOE Write off field should be made available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Navigate to India Local Purchasing

2. Create the PO(Purchase Order ) and attach the custom taxes and approve it

3.Create the BOE Invoice based on Purchase Order

4.Create the Receipt and apply the BOE Partially

5.Open the BOE form to verify the Write off amount
