Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following application of Penserver legislative patch 20066028, the Service History extract is reporting Assumed Pay Code of R for employees on Half Pay Sickness.

This is incorrect. The specification states that only "Level 1" absences (Adoption Leave - Full Pay; Maternity Leave - Full Pay; Maternity Leave - SMP; Paternity Leave - Full Pay) should have the Assumed Pay Code set to R (v5.3 p19 & 54).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Assumed Pay Code should be set to A for Half Pay Sickness absence. It should be set to NULL for all Nil Pay Sickness. (See specification v5.3 and EPN428).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PCSPS-eligible employee on the Alpha scheme
2. Give them a open doctor-certified sickness absence
3. Enrol the absence
4. Run the Penserver Service History extract with an effective date after their half-pay date (approximately 6 months from the start of the absence)
5. The Assumed Pay Code will be set to R on the Halfpay Sickness (SH) service history record.
