Deleted Absence Is Not Reported on the Retropay Notifications Report Output

On : 12.1.3 version, RetroPay Issue on clone of production.

When deleting an absence entry, this is not reported by the retro-notifications report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 unpaid elements, and set up the recalculation details to feed 1 unpaid retro element
2. Enter the absence entry, and process the payroll. Check that the absence deducts payment as expected.
3. Delete the absence from the absence entry form.
4. Process the retro-notifications (enhanced) process and review the output.
