Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4, you observe that the images for the ‘Contact Us’ and ‘Transaction List’ buttons are missing at the top of the Account Details page when an External user logs in.
This occurs every time you access the Account Details page for all users but does not occur on the Account Summary or Home page.
The issue occurs in Internet Explorer (IE) version 10 and does not occur with Firefox.
Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4.
