Social Security Number (SSN ) is Null After Employee Applies for Job Through iRecruitment

 After applying R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.8 <Patch 20000288>, Social Security Number(SSN) is null after employees applies for job

It is expected theSSN is not deleted when applying for a job.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Before RUP is applied create a vacancy and test an employee can apply for the position. Verify employee SSN is still present

2. Apply R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.8 <Patch 20000288>

3. Test employee applying for the same position

4. Confirm the SSN has been cleared.
