Having Filled in Rate Inquiry Screen "Transport Handling Unit" Value Under Commodities Grid When "Refining Options" in Rate Inquiry Transport Handling Unit Value Disappears

Symptoms
Performing RIQ having filled in the Commodities field the Ship Unit count along with the Transport Handling Unit, when clicking Refine Inquiry in the results screen, the transport handling unit is not filled anymore whereas the ship unit count remains.
It is expected to have the Transport Handling Unit field kept filled in while performing Refine Options
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contract and Rate Management/Ask Oracle/Rate Inquiry
2. Perform RIQ by using Source Location as A and Destination Location as B and filling in the commodities grid the transport handling unit of DEFAULT and the Ship Unit Count of 1, click on save in the grid
3. Click on Search
4. Once you get the results, click on Refine Inquiry
5. Notice that the transport handling unit is gone
