Service Contract History Records are not Displayed on the Execution Form for Upgraded Contracts

Symptoms
Find that on the History tab of the Execution form for a Service Contract which was upgraded from 11i to R12, which is in Entered Status but with no lines, the history details are not displayed even though record exists in the table.
Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Open the Execution form for a contract upgraded from 11i to R12 which is in Entered Status but no lines.
3) Review the History tab and find no record is displayed.
