Run Open Interface to create item instance, passing instance_condition_id to csi_instance_interface table, but the instance is not created with instance condition value passed by user instead the instance is always created with a default value.
1. Populate open interface table with a special value in instance_condition_id column
2. Run Open Interface program
3. Check the condition value for the newly created instance. It is not the value user passed to interface table
Create an item instance from html UI, the instance_condition_id is always created as 'Active'
1.Go to Oracle Installed Base Agent User Responsibility > Item Instance > Create 2. Use an Asset Type = Rebuildable item, there is no place to enter instance_condition_id in the page 3.After instance is created, check data in csi_item_instances.instance_condition_id. It is '1' (Active)
