'Create Internal Orders' Concurrent Program is not populating the OE_ACTIONS_IFACE_ALL table, so causing the imported Internal Sales Order that imported by "Order Import' concurrent program to have "Entered" instead of "Booked" status.
1. Create and approve Internal Requisition in Purchasing
2. Run 'Create Internal Orders' Concurrent Program in Purchasing
3. Run 'Order Import' in Order Management
4. Found the imported Internal Sales Order does not has "Booked" status.
