Incorrect SOE For Termination Type Death

Getting incorrect figures on SOE for employee with termination type of death.

Gross Earnings 303039.46

Tax Deductions 113850.00
NOTE: Pre Tax is used in this final payment for death. In this case have to deduct pre tax amount from salary/wages. System will return warning message for this:
"Pre Tax Deductions exist for this employee. Salary/wages are non-taxable on death therefore Pre Tax Deductions should be removed for final payment."
On SOE, the values in the 'Non Taxable Earnings' section (9.24, 3030.22) and 'Balances' for 'Non Taxable Earnings' (2997.10) should be the same.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate the employee with Termination Type = Death
2. Go to employee's Element Entries and add Termination Payments, Direct Payments and Pre Tax Deduction elements
3. Run Quickpay to process and examine the results
The issue has the following business impact:
For employees which fall into this case, the SOE shows incorrect figures.
