BI Publisher Application Is Not Opening And Users Receive An Error 500 After Patch Rollback

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You have rolled back a patch for BI Publisher.
The Weblogic Admin and Managed servers start with no problems.
The BI Publisher deployment shows it is working in the WebLogic Admin Console.

An Error 500 screen occurs when BI Publisher (BIP) is accessed directly or through Analytics.


An upgrade patch has been rolled back.

The log for the roll back shows no errors.
