Can We Create Multiple Tax Lines With Same Tax Regime And Tax Linking To One Transaction Line?

Unable to process invoice with multiple Tax lines with same Tax Regime and Tax assigned to one transaction line for Manual Tax lines that are being imported through Auto Invoice.

Following exception occurs in Auto invoice:
Tax lines with the same Tax Regime and Tax cannot be allocated to the same transaction line more than once.

However in the transaction work bench you are able to enter a transaction with multiple Tax lines with same Tax Regime and Tax assigned to one line where Vertex O Series is used for tax calculation.
