Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, FLSA Overtime

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that the FLSA Premium is calculating incorrectly.

FLSA Allocated Earnings should be $1000.00, but the balance is somehow showing a value of $1030.00



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Overtime Premium element to use $1000.00 for the Blended Rate calculation from the FLSA Allocated Earnings


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Created a new FLSA OT Premium element.
Entered hours and it is calculating incorrectly. Overtime Blended Rate is adding $30 more to the FLSA Allocated Earnings balance.
FLSA Allocated Earnings should be $1000.00, but the balance is somehow showing a value of $1030.00


Same issue with different employee. -- Employee has $5000 total earnings for the Pay Period and FLSA Allocated Earnings is showing $55,000.
