Symptoms

When Configuring SOA Gateway in E-Business Suite (EBS), the Integration repository administrators are required to be assigned the  "Integration Repository Administrator role". 

Unable to find Integration Repository Administrator Role when configuring SOA Gateway following Integrated SOA Gateway Implementation Guide (E12169-06).
