On : 12.1.3 version

When running "PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes" with parameter as "XR: Interface Draft Revenue to GL" which spawn PRC Create Accounting process which is getting into Warning, with message as "This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted.
Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Projects have been accounted: project_id: xxxxx draft_revenue_num: YY."

Subledger Accounting Program Report shows Revenue Adjustment Number of Events In Error
with Error Message:
