When adcfgclone.pl is run, the string "pls/<SID>" is added to existing notifications URLs in the TEXT_VALUE column of WF_NOTIFICATION_ATTRIBUTES, making it impossible to use.
When cloning an instance, WF_CLONE.UpdateAttrValues is leaving URLs with an invalid format.
The updated URLs are missing the forward slash right after the port number, for instance:
Instead of generating a correct URL:
http://<server>.<domain>.com:8000/...
The URL is generated as:
http://<server>.<domain>.com:8000...
