Not Able To Open Or Display Batches In MES For Process (Doc ID 2034111.1)

 I have entered numerous batches for product 8401 and have the batches released to WIP. I am not able to open or display any of the new batches using the workbench functionality in MES for Process. If I use the Inquiry function my batches are displayed.
