Profile Class Field Doesn't Show Profile Classes Attached to Group Collectors (Doc ID 2034117.1)

When running trying to change the Profile Class in the in Profile Tab of IEXRCALL, the list of values (LOV) only shows profile classes that have an individual collector (RS_RESOURCE) assigned.  If the profile class has a group collector assigned (RS_GROUP), that profile class doesn't show in the LOV, and cannot be chosen, even though it is a valid profile class.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
: Collections

  1. From the Profile tab, open the LOV for Profile Class, and try to view all active profile classes.
