Field Service and Mobile Field Service: Missing Statuses For Personal Tasks (Doc ID 2034423.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10 and later

Actual Behavior

When trying to update the status of a Personal Task one of the Statuses is not seen in the List Of Values (LOV).

Expected Behavior

Expect to see all the required statuses.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Personal Task
  2. Attempt to update the Task Status
  3. Not all the statuses expected are visible in the Status LOV.
