PQP_230334_ENROLL_WRONG_SCH Error in Penserver Payment History for employees migrated on 01-APR-2015
Employees migrating to Oracle System on 01-APR-2015 hence their start date in Oracle is '01-APR-2015'. The employees are already having Principal Civil Service Pension Schemes assigned to them and have to continue with the same scheme. For eg if an employee was in Classic Scheme in the previous system he or she will having the same scheme from 01-APR-2015 in Oracle too and not Alpha Scheme as the employee is not a new Joiner.
Now when we run the Penserver Interface Processs for Payment History Interface it gives an error PQP_230334_ENROLL_WRONG_SCH as it expects the employee to be in Alpha Scheme which is wrong as the employee is not a new joiner. We analysed the Oracle Code and issue happens due to the below validation:

l_hire_date is fetched by the following query:
WHERE assignment_id = p_assignment_id;
hence using adjusted service date is also not an option.
