On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Catalog Admin
The learner has not completed the mandatory prerequisites.
A user tries to enroll into the Part B Course however when they click the Apply button it brings back an error message.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learner received "The learner has not completed the mandatory prerequisites." error when they try to enroll into a class, though learner has completed an online class which is part of the prereq course.
Note: A course is said to be completed if a learner has:
- Completed(i.e player status = Completed or Passed) at least one online class which belongs to prereq course OR
- Has successfully attended atleast one offline class which belongs to prereq course
FOLLOWING PATCHES WERE APPLIED:
Patch 17966882 - STATUS MISSING FOR INSTRUCTOR LEAD COURSES IN ADMIN LEARNING HISTORY SCREEN
Patch 17042251 - CERTIFICATION SHOWS AS COMPLETED WHILST COURSES SHOW NOT ATTEMPTED
