Service Provider Can Change Pick Up Date While Accepting Tender, But Should Not be Allowed To (Doc ID 2034552.1)

Symptoms

Carrier (Service Provider) can change Pick up date while accepting tender.
When a tender is sent to any carrier it has pick up date (editable) on the tender.
When the carrier changes the Pick Up date while accepting the tender the Pick Up and Delivery Date on the shipment also changes respectively.

Sometimes, business does not want the pick up date as an editable field in tender.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Tender a shipment to a service provider.
2) Login in as service provider.
3) Accept the tender, modify the Pick up date while doing so.
4) Note that the Shipment Start Time and End time changes accordingly.
