Applies to:
Oracle Application Object Library - Version 12.1.3 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
New patches were applied and now when taking a copy of an existing request, it does not copy the request language setting nor the printer style. The issue can be reproduced by doing the following
1. From the "System Administrator Responsibility" choose Submit Request: Active Users
2. Select -> Language Settings -> Danish
3. Select -> Options -> Style: Landwide
The request runs fine with the given parameters for Language and printer Style in place.
4. Choose option Submit a New Request -> Single Request -> Copy
Language and printer style settings will be switched back to American English and Landscape. The expected values are Danish and Landwide.
Changes
Following patches were applied:
19787873:R12.FND.C - OPTIONS BUTTON IS GREYED OUT FOR FUTURE SCHEDULED REQUEST SETS
17814970:R12.FND.B - INCORRECT ERROR HANDLING FOR TERMINATED REQUESTS
