Transactions Summary Form Invoked by Save and Search Icon after Inputting Some Items (Doc ID 2034914.1)

Symptoms

ON APPLICATIONS 12.2.4:

You are attempting to create a transaction and when you click the Save, or Search, icon after inputting the following items invoked Transaction Summary Form.
Source,  Class, Payment term, and Address in More tab
This issue also occurs when clicking Save or Search icon after only input Bill to information.

On the popped up transaction summary window click close icon then select Yes, both trans summary form and transactions form are closed.
If select No the cursor will get back to transaction form.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Recievables
Navigation:  Transactions> Transactions
1. Input items of Source,  Class, Payment term, and Address in More tab.
2. Click Save icon.
    Transactions Summary form popped up.
3. Close Receipts Summary form and Click Search icon.
    Transactions Summary form popped up again.
4. Same issue occurs when clicking Save or Search icon after only input Bill to information.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

When clicking Save icon Transactions Summary form should not be invoked. Neither when clicking Search icon.
