List Price for 'GET ITEM' Always Returned Zero Price On Sales Order Line (Doc ID 2035091.1)

On : 12.1.1 version, Modifiers Setup only

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that the list price on 'Get item ' is always returned as zero on sales order line when placing an order for buy item
Customer has defined a promotional modifier for a Buy item to get two items free.
When entering an order line for Buy item two lines get added to order successfully with USP as 0 but the List price of the Get items is also returned as zero.
On the Modifier the Get price is returned correctly based on the price list price.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the List price for the Get items on the Order should be the same as price list price .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Oracle Pricing manager
2. Define Promotional modifier for buy item with two Get Items.
3. Enter order with 1 order line for Buy item
4.Two additional lines get created ( which is expected)
