How to Hide Worksheet Fields For Some Users And Visible For Others ?

There is a worksheet for making stock options entries. The access of entering the eligible employees is with Business Leaders(BLs). Once this is entered, the collated sheet (BL wise) will go to a particular user who will enter the amount against those eligible employees. We want the 'Amount Column' to be hidden for the BLs whereas it should be visible to the employee who has the accees of entering the amount. Is this possible ?
