AGIS:Unable To Use Initiator Organizations Specific to One USER trying to create Outbound transactions (Doc ID 2035135.1)

When attempting to select any of the defined intercompany organization while creating
intercompany transaction, after selecting and hitting accept nothing happens.

There is no error, and the form does not hang, but nothing happens.

This is occurring for only one user, all other users can use the Organizations without issue.

The user is properly defined and has proper security defined to access and use these organizations.
