Why is custom ADR missing from ADR list of values on JLD form? (Doc ID 2035141.1)

Goal

Create a custom ADR (Account Derivation Rules) try to link it to JLT: Invoice Revenue on the JLD (Journal Lines Definitions) form. But the ADR list of values does not include the newly generated custom ADR
