Performance Issue while Applying Refund in AR (Doc ID 2035143.1)

Symptoms

When creating a refund from the receipts workbench, the screen hangs for more than 10 minutes


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
Navigation
: Receipts > Receipts

  1. Query receipt
  2. Click Apply button
  3. In the Apply To field select "Refund"
  4. Click on Refund Attributes button
  5. Cursor is in the Customer Name field
  6. Press TAB, and the application hangs for more than 10 minutes
