Unable To Apply Refund in AR due to Slow Performance

While apply Refund, when we navigate to Refund Attributes screen and press TAB it take more than 10 min to navigate to next field.
When creating a refund from the receipts workbench, the screen hangs for more than 10 minutes
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts
- Query receipt
- Click Apply button
- In the Apply To field select "Refund"
- Click on Refund Attributes button
- Cursor is in the Customer Name field
- Press TAB, and the application hangs for more than 10 minutes
