Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
In iReceivables, when making a payment using Paypal and a Discover credit card, you find that the service charge fee is not being collected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
You expect the fee to be collected for the payment.

STEPS
------------
1. Setup Paypal as payment system to use with all payments.
2. Make credit card payments through iReceivables which are successful.
3. Notice one Discover credit card payment did not collect the service charge that was charged by Paypal.
4. Other credit card payments are working fine.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, correct amount is not being collected with the payments.
