Running txkISGConfigurator.xml Fails When Stopping Weblogic Servers (Doc ID 2035326.1)

Symptoms

Running txkISGConfigurator.xml setup errors with:

stopServers:
     [echo] ********************************************************************
     [echo]                   STOPPING WEBLOGIC SERVERS                         
     [echo] ********************************************************************
    [input] The script will forcefully stop the Weblogic Servers now. Do you want to proceed (yes/no)? (yes, no)

BUILD FAILED
/home/app/temp/appsutil/VIS1224_servername/bpel/txkISGConfigurator.xml:194: Error while stopping the Servers

 
This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Following Doc ID 1311068.1 Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 Section 1.2.
2. Step 12 (c)Executing the ant -f txkISGConfigurator.xml setup  script
