Symptoms

Online Booking/Tendering export and search shows different results for Spot Bid tender type

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Online Booking/Tendering.
  2. Enter the following details in the finder screen.
    1. Shipment Reference Number
    2. Pickup Date – Between <Date1> and <Date 2>
    3. Tender Type – Spot Bid
  3. Click on Search Button
  4. The result page displays rows. Note the number of rows displayed adjacent to "Total Found"
  5. Click on Export Button
  6. Note the number of rows downloaded in the confirmation message page.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Open the Excel sheet . You can observe the number of rows are different than what was shown on Step 4.
