Symptoms

Error Code: CSI_INT_QTY_CHK_FAILED
Error Text: Instance does not have sufficient quantity to process this transaction. Instance ID: &INSTANCE_ID

RMA Receipt (CSIRMARC) transactions for lot controlled non-serialized items fail in Install Base with the following error even though all instances specified in Installation Details have sufficient quantity

Instance does not have sufficient quantity to process this transaction. Instance ID: XXXXXX


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RMA Receipt txn with qty > 1 for lot controlled non-serialized items
2. Enter instance details in Installation Details form - 1 line per instance - ensure all instances have qty sufficient for txn
3. Error occurs when processing first line of Installation Details
