COMPONENT_SEQUENCE_ID Column Is BLANK In OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL Table Having ATO Model As Ordered_Item

COMPONENT_SEQUENCE_ID column is BLANK in OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table having ATO Model as Ordered_Item
You encountered with a peculiar issue where the component_sequence_id column did not get populated in OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table where the ordered_item is an ATO model. Below are the steps we have done.
1. Entered ORDERED_ITEM with ATO Model 1 -> component_sequence_id is populated based on the BOM of the respective ATO model.
3. Go to Line 1 and change the ORDERED_ITEM with ATO Model 2 and click on Save. Here, we noticed that component_sequence_id is blank even though BOM is very much valid for ATO Model 2.
Due to this, it is giving configuration errors while trying to BOOK the order.
Why component_sequence_id is not getting populated in this scenario ? How do this field gets populated in a general scenario ?
