Last updated on JULY 24, 2015

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 11.5.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
OEXOEORD - Sales Order Form

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we copy Order with "Re-price s of this date" selected, we observed that quantity and therefore the price are shown incorrectly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the original order has a cancelled line, the quantity is zero.
Hence same is expected to be shown on the new order that is created thru the copy functionality

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Query an existing order which has a line under a model cancelled.
4. Do Actions > Copy Order...Under Pricing tab select Reprice as of this date
5. Query the new order
Finds that the original order's cancelled line is present on the new order with quantity = 1 and is not cancelled.
