On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

When attempting to create customer
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Receivables Manager > Customer workbench

2. Create customer > Click on Details icon for the site address

3. Choose a site and select the Business Purposes tab.

4. Under Context Value field, click to open the drop down list. The error appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users find discrepancy in creating customer.
