The "Delete Approver / Viewer" Button Is Not Working In Manage Approvals In Requisition (iProcurement) (Doc ID 2036715.1)

On : 12.2.4 version,

When attempting to delete the approver by selecting the delete approver /viewer,
the following error occurs.

The delete action is currently disabled. Please verify the corresponding profile option

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility:  iProcurement.
2. Create the requisition.
3. Edit and Submit requisition.
4. Select the delete approver /viewer
