Error: "You are trying to access a page that is no longer active" When updating Definition Access Sets in Define and Assign Page (Doc ID 2036750.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup forms and programs

When attempting to define and assign data access sets, the following error occurs.

ERROR

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as GL user
2. Navigate to setup > Financials > Data access sets > Define and assign
3. Create a new access set and apply
Enter Access Set name: TEST
Description TEST
4. Search Definition access set=TEST, click go
5. Click update
6. Click Add another row
7. Click the LOV of the type, will encounter error

8. Navigate to setup > Financials > Data access sets > Define and assign
9. Search Access set TEST
10. Click update,click responsibility assignment,click add another rows
