How can a notification be set up that will notify a user at the time of ship confirm to NOT manually apply a freight charge due to other lines on same order that were shipped first had the freight charge applied? Business process is that freight charges are only applied one time per customer on the order lines that are shipped out first. Subsequent lines that are shipped later do not need a freight charge applied.
There is a Freight Charge modifier setup with the application method as LUMPSUM with the value as 0. At the time of ship confirm, a user is manually entering the amount of freight to charge. For example. a sales order with 3 lines where lines 1 and 2 are shipped first with a freight charge applied. At a later time, the third line is ship confirmed, but it does not need a freight charge applied. How would a user get notified of this?
