Creating New UI Content Template Fails with java.lang.ClassCastException

On : 12.2.1.33.4 version, UI Maintenance
When attempting to create a new UI Content Template, the following error occurs. This is happening from the Repository. The error occurs at all levels within the Folder structure.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Configurator Developer or Oracle Configurator Administrator responsibility
2. From the Repository, click on the Create icon
3. From the radio button list, select UI Content Template
4. Click on the Continue button
5. Error occurs
