Debrief Level DFF Not Available In Field Service Technician Portal (Doc ID 2037091.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Debrief / Field Service Report

Debrief level Descriptive Flexfield(DFF) Segment (Additional Debrief Line Information) is not Visible in Field Service Technician Portal(FSTP) even though DFF is active and set up.
The Context Value of the DFF "Additional Debrief Line Information" can be selected, but not the Segments

Expect the DFF Segment to be seen in FSTP

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create DFF > Saved> Compiled.
2. Login to Field Service Technician Portal the Context Value is seen but there is no field to select the Segment code which was set up.
3. If the FORMS version of debrief is used, the field is visible and available for use.
