ORDERS_SUMMARY.ORG_ID NOT POPULATED WHEN OPENED FROM SALES ORDER FORM (Doc ID 2037313.1)

Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
 
- When opening a sales order using sales order form (Orders, Returns > Sales Orders) and selecting
    "Help > Diagnostics > Examine > Block = ORDERS_SUMMARY > Field = ORG_ID",
     there is no value for ORG_ID field
- When opening the same order from Order Organizer form and doing same steps, the value for ORG_ID is populated
- Because of the above behavior, Additional Header Information is not displayed correctly


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
ORG_ID should be displayed also when opening the order from sales order form

STEPS
1. Order management > Order, returns > Sales Orders
2. For a new order/existing order select: Help > Diagnostics > Examine > Block = ORDERS_SUMMARY > Field = ORG_ID
3. Field ORG_ID contains no value
