Symptoms

PRC: Interface Supplier Costs is errors.

Exception Reason : Oracle projects has not processed the new line
Transaction Exception Details Report from Oracle Projects showing Invoice Warnings with Exception Reason: Oracle projects has not processed the new line.

The invoice lines displayed are Invoice Price Variance or Exchange Rate Variance or Tax Rate Variance distribution lines.  Invoices were originally entered around July-Oct 2013. Most invoices have had discarded lines. When PRC: Interface Supplier Costs is run, these invoice lines are not transferred to Projects and still appear on the Transaction Exception Details report. 3-way matching is used.
