Form name – FVXBEAPR (‘Enter Budget Authority’) - List of values were not shown for the field ‘Fund Value’ - FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

The form ‘Enter Budget Authority’ when accessed for PSC set of books, does not show any list of values for the FUND VALUE in spite of selecting any ‘Treasury Account Symbol’.
The list of value for the ‘Treasury Account Symbol’ shows the valid treasury symbols. When selected any of the valid treasury symbol, the corresponding FUND VALUES were not being shown, and throws a FRM error. When queried the ‘Define Budget Distributions’ for the same treasury account symbol, the form shows valid / available FUND VALUES. These same FUND VALUES were not shown in the form ‘Enter Budget Authority’ -> FUND VALUE column.
