The 'Add Party' and 'Add Contact' Buttons are not Available on Repository Contracts (Doc ID 2037599.1)

Find that the Add Party and Add Contact button do not display when updating a Repository Contract.

1. Using a Contract Workbench responsibility.
2. Navigate: Contracts > Contracts.
3. Open a Repository Contract in Draft status.
4. Click on the Update button.
5. Click on 'Parties and Contacts' on the left side of the page.
6. The 'Add Party' and 'Add Contact' buttons do not show.
